What makes a strong health economics paper? This question was at the heart of the Editors' Panel at the annual conference of European Health Economics Assocation, where editors from The European Journal of Health Economics, Journal of Health Economics, Health Economics, and PharmacoEconomics discussed academic publishing, including what they look for in submissions, common reasons for rejection, the role of peer review, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Professor Arndt Reichert discussed with co-panelists from the other journals, Eleonora Fichera (University of Bath), Owen O´Donnel (Erasmus University Rotterdam), and James O'Mahony (University College Dublin). The session was moderated by Anikó Bíró (Centre for Economic and Regional Studies, Budapest).
